  • A half rack (1 lb.) baby back ribs, smoked on site with applewood chips and served with two signature sides. (additional half rack $17)

SANDWICHES

  • An 8 oz. chicken breast grilled or fried, tossed in buffalo sauce, served with lettuce, tomato and onion on a toasted bun.  

  • 1/2 lb blackened Angus beef, topped with Blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. (Add pork belly $3)

  • 1/2 lb Angus beef, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, topped with onion straws.  

  • 1/2 lb Angus Beef, Swiss Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms. (Add: Sautéed Onions $2. Pork belly $3)

  • Grilled or blackened, with lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with fries.

  • Roma tomato jam and mayo. Served with fries.

  • Garlic Texas toast with pulled pork, coleslaw, pickles and onion straws
