SANDWICHES

  • Garlic Texas toast topped with crispy pork belly, fried green tomato, Romaine lettuce, Alabama white sauce.

  • An 8 oz. chicken breast grilled, blackened or fried, tossed in buffalo sauce, served with lettuce, tomato and onion on a Kaiser roll.  

  • 1/2 lb blackened Angus beef, topped with Blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. (Add pork belly $3)

  • 1/2 lb Angus beef, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, topped with onion straws.  

  • 1/2 lb Angus beef, Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and onion (Add: Sautéed Onions $2. Pork belly $3)
